I've been a designer, a founding team member, a PM, and now I spend most of my time thinking (and shipping) about how AI actually fits into products people use every day.

Nobody has this fully figured out. I'm not pretending otherwise. What I do is stay close to the work, write about what I'm learning, and help teams make better decisions in the middle of the uncertainty. Based on the US-Mexico border.
